Faster Turnaround Times
Do you want your digitised memories back in a flash? Then, you are in luck! Currently, the turnaround time for converting is faster than ever.
If you have a small order (less than 10 tapes/10 cine reels/100 slides), your order will be returned within 1 to 2 weeks from entering the warehouse. Larger orders may take a little longer depending on the size. You can email (info@digitalconverters.co.uk) or phone (01423 319 041) our lovely customer service team for a more accurate turnaround time.
Did you know that you can request your order to be returned in time for birthdays, funerals, or anniversaries? Write a date in the additional comments at checkout, and we will endeavour to get it back to you in time.

Future Closures
Digital Converters’ office is closed on the May Day Bank Holiday (2nd May 2022). However, if you have any urgent issues on the day, please contact info@digitalconverters, and we will reply to you as soon as the office reopens on Tuesday.
Likewise, if you send your order over the May Day Bank Holiday weekend, you will receive an email confirmation of it arriving on Tuesday (3rd May) when our dispatch team opens your parcel.
